Convite Pechuga is made from Espadin agaves with a maturity of 8+ years. Pechuga is a special recipe passed down for generations in Oaxaca made for special celebrations. Local fruits, herbs, spices and turkey breast are added to the second distillation. As the mezcal cooks, the vapors mingle with the ingredients so their flavor is instilled into the finished spirit. The result is notes of sweet spices and tropical fruits, reminiscent of a fruit punch.
